Coleen Rooney's lawyer is telling the court about a conversation between Rebekah Vardy and her agent about three people who are not being identified.

Mrs F is a well-known celebrity, Mr H is her estranged husband, and Mr G is a well-known footballer.

"Oh my god, have you seen how badly Mrs F is behaving, I'm actually disgusted with her," he said in a message.

She said that the story about her was leaked behind H.

The court heard that Ms Watt tried before, but The Sun already knew about it.

Pictures of Mrs F dancing on a beach had been published and gossip about this story was already circulating.

There were lots like that.

She told the court that she was joking when she said to leak the information.

I used the word leak where I probably shouldn't. She told the court that she was just joking when she said it.

The court was told that Mr H cheated on Mrs F early on in their relationship, as well as Mrs F cheating on her husband.

Sometimes their conversations and messages were inappropriate, but they were chats between friends, sometimes poking fun at people.

Ms Watt had links to The Sun newspaper and was a friend of Mr. Sherborne.

He asked if Mr G was a friend of Vardy.

She says that that is not true. She says friendship and being friends with someone on social media are different things.

If I answer the question it will be obvious who it is.

Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett wrote an article in February of last year about the not showing up for a training session by Riyad Mahrez.

The headline is "Riyad not at Leicester training after Man City move fails to progress."

The official line from Claude Puel was: "We will see, but the most important thing is to keep my focus with the others and we will see with Riyad."

We will have to manage this situation with Riyad and I hope he can come back quickly with us and be happy to play with us.

Coleen Rooney's lawyer David Sherborne points to an article in The Sun titled "On Strike: Riyad Mahrez fails to turn up to Leicester training for the second consecutive day as team-mates turn on Algerian ace".

The only newspaper that had a story about the team-mates was The Sun.

This had absolutely nothing to do with me.

The Sun has an article.

Rebekah Vardy is being asked about her husband, Jamie, who played for Manchester City.

Mr. Sherborne is asking about a text conversation she had with her agent about how she felt about not being able to attend a training session.

Lads are angry, according to Ms Watt.

She told the court that the press were camped outside of the training ground.

Ms Watt realized that the story was a lie.

She says she was just gossiping and that she didn't know that the teammates werefuming. She didn't discuss this with her husband.

Ms Watt said she would pass it on to a sports reporter. "I don't want it coming back on me," he said.

Ms Watt said she could tell someone.

It would have been obvious to Jamie that it came from the dressing room and he would have been unhappy about it.

She disagrees.

It wasn't that she didn't want to do the dirty, it was just that she didn't want to be seen doing it.

The court hears that Ms Watt said she could pass it on.

The press was just gossiping, according to Vardy. She didn't see what harm it could do as there was already a lot of media reports on the story.

In the summer of 2018, he moved to Manchester City.

Coleen Rooney alleges that Rebekah Vardy moved seats at a Euro 2016 game so that she could get close to her to help her own interests.

Rooney asked Vardy and her friends not to sit behind them as the seats were reserved, but she replied that they could sit wherever they wanted. F**k off.

They were the nearest seats available, according to Vardy.

During one of the Euro 2016 group matches, Vardy can be seen sitting behind Rooney.

It has been more than two and a half years since the social media post by Coleen Rooney went viral.

The court session is scheduled to start at 10am. As the drama unfolded, here is a reminder of the key dates.

  • February 2022 – A series of messages between Vardy and her agent Caroline Watt – which Rooney's lawyers allege were about her – are revealed at a preliminary court hearing. Rooney's lawyers sought further information from the messages, but the court is told Ms Watt’s phone fell into the North Sea after a boat she was on hit a wave
  • April 2022 – The High Court is told Ms Watt is not fit to give oral evidence at the upcoming trial. The agent also revokes permission for her witness statement to be used, and withdraws her waiver which would have allowed Sun journalists to say whether she was a source of the allegedly leaked stories
  • At a hearing later on in April, Rooney's lawyer tells the High Court that Vardy "appears to accept" that her agent was the source of the allegedly leaked stories, citing a new witness statement by Vardy as the source. However, Vardy's lawyer says the statement did not contain "any change whatever"
