TOP STORY: Gnabry to return to Arsenal?

Ekrem Konur writes that the ex-Gunners forward is being kept tabs on by the north London club.

Negotiations over a new deal have shown few signs of progress as he enters the final year of his contract at the Allianz Arena, and it looks as though the club are looking to take advantage of that.

The Germany national team regular has since established himself in the German top flight after leaving his previous club.

Despite the fact that he is reluctant to sign a new contract, the club still wants to keep him, with recent reports suggesting that they are prepared to offer him a salary increase in order to keep him.

He has remained a key player for the club this season, playing 44 games and scoring 17 goals while being deployed on the right flank.
