Minor league players, MLB reach settlement in minimum wage lawsuit

Minor league players and Major League Baseball have reached a settlement in a lawsuit.

The details of the settlement were not released Tuesday.

The trial for the suit was scheduled to start in June.

Lawyers for both sides wrote a letter to the court asking for a postponement of a conference and trial.

The parties are happy to inform the court that they have reached a settlement of the matter. The settlement is subject to approval by the respective parties, and we are in the process of preparing the settlement documents.

The letter was signed by several people, including one from MLB.
