Tyson and the man didn't want to go to court over it all, according to the San Mateo County D.A. They believed that there were more serious cases his office should be prosecuting.

Tyson's attorneys thanked the San Mateo District Attorney, the San Mateo County Sheriff, and all law enforcement agencies involved in the investigation.

Since the attack, Tyson has been seen smiling with fans, taking pictures with supporters, and even smoking weed with Rick Ross.
