Mike Tyson won't face criminal charges stemming from his airplane beatdown, according to a report. No charges will be filed against the legendary because of the conduct of the victim, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, and the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson. Iron Mike was facing the possibility of multiple criminal charges after punching a man in the face on a plane at SFO. The man threw a water bottle at Tyson and annoyed him before the attack. An attorney for the man blamed the incident on his client being excited and argued that no bottle was thrown. Tyson and the man didn't want to go to court over it all, according to the San Mateo County D.A. They believed that there were more serious cases his office should be prosecuting. Tyson's attorneys thanked the San Mateo District Attorney, the San Mateo County Sheriff, and all law enforcement agencies involved in the investigation. Since the attack, Tyson has been seen smiling with fans, taking pictures with supporters, and even smoking weed with Rick Ross.
