  • I went to Disney World in August of 2021.

  • Living with the Land and Test Track are rides I like to ride.

  • I am not fond of Mission: SPACE and the Gran Fiesta Tour.

I have been a fan of Disney World since the 90s. I ranked every attraction at the park from worst to best.

I ranked each attraction based on how accessible they are. I looked at the relevancy of each attraction, as well as my past memories of visiting the theme park when I was younger.

I have never had a chance to visit Awesome Planet, Beauty and the Beast, or the other attractions in this ranking.

11. The Disney and Pixar short film festival.

The theater where Captain EO and Honey I Shrunk the Audience played is now home to the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. There are three short films that run for 18 minutes and are shown in 4D.

In my opinion, there is nothing special about this attraction. If you have a Disney Plus subscription, you can easily see the featured shorts.

10. There is a mission in space.

The NASA-inspired attraction shows parkgoers what it is like to be anastrologer. You can either choose to go around Earth or go to Mars, and then you will be given a calm job for your flight, like being the navigator or pilot.

The orange version of the green mission is a motion simulator that mimics the speed and G-forces of a spaceship, according to Disney World.

I hated riding the latter when I was a child. I will only ride the green mission because it is one of my dad's favorite rides. I would prefer to skip the attraction altogether.

There are 8. The Gran Fiesta Tour features the Three Caballeros.

On hot days, I like to go to the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros. The air-conditioned boat ride follows Panchito and Carioca as they search for Donald Duck.

The ride is relaxing but not as exciting as it could be. It relies mostly on screens and short animations, which look outdated today.

I don't hate this ride, but I think a Disney-inspired retheme is needed.

There are 9. The seas with friends.

Mission: SPACE and other Disney World thrills are not related to The Seas with Nemo and Friends. There is a short ride where you sit in a shell and move through a virtual ocean, an aquarium-type section filled with animals, and a shark themed playground for kids.

On hot days at the theme park, I enjoy the spot as a kid and still seek refuge there. The ride portion is cute and I always learn something new from the animal experts in the aquarium.

If I don't have time to visit, this attraction isn't one I'm devastated to miss.

7. Journey into imagination with figs.

Nostalgia can be one of the best parts of a Disney vacation, and Journey Into Imagination with Figment is one of the best places to experience it. The theme park has a staple of figs.

The ride is simple and slow, bringing parkgoers through the sensory labs, where they can sing along to the theme song and smell the scent of a skunk. There are videos of the purple dragon talking to a doctor.

I would be sad if Disney removed the attraction completely, but I would not object to a modern update.

6. Spaceship Earth.

The first thing you see when you enter the theme park is Spaceship Earth. The ride stands out. Parkgoers hop into blue vehicles and then glide through historical scenes from cave paintings to modern innovations.

The ride is fine, but the exterior is stunning, especially with the lights that were added for Disney World's 50th-anniversary celebration.

4. The movie "Frozen" will never be the same.

I was sad to see the Maelstrom leave to make room for Frozen Ever After. I still miss the Norway-inspired attraction almost eight years later.

That said, the ride that took its place is adorable. The beloved music that makes the animated movie so special is present with each fan-favorite character.

The attraction is made for the younger generation of Disney fans, but most older riders like it.

5. Turtle talking to a crush.

Turtle Talk with Crush is part of The Seas with Nemo and Friends. It really stands on its own in my opinion. The 15-minute show allows parkgoers to chat with the animated turtle, and it is always improvised so you are guaranteed a different experience.

Even at 26 years old, I still find myself laughing at the jokes.

3. Living with the land.

Living with the Land is one of the most overlooked attractions at Disney World. The Florida theme park uses the greenhouses and rooms of fish tanks as a way to grow and cultivate food.

There are tons of hidden Mickeys at this attraction, and you can sometimes see Disney's horticulturists in action. The ride is simple, but it is fun and unique to see the behind-the-scenes action of the park.

2. The track is for a test.

Test Track is the most exciting ride at the park. You first design a Chevrolet vehicle to your liking, then hop in thatSIM Car and take it for a spin at 65 miles per hour.

The original version of the attraction was renovated in 2012 and I still can't get enough of it. Over the years, it has continued to thrill me.

1. Soarin is around the world.

I remember riding this attraction when it first opened at Disney World. I was in awe of the ride back then, and still am today.

Disney says on its website that the ride is a triumph for the senses. You can hear the sounds of nature and smell some of the environments seen on the screen.

It is always as exciting as the first time, no matter how many times I ride it.
