After his short-term deal at Queens Park Rangers comes to an end, David Marshall will sign with Hibs.
He will provide competition to Matt Macey and Kevin Dabrowski at Easter Road as he returns to Scottish football for the first time in seven years.
After falling out of favour with Wayne Rooney at Derby County, Marshall joined Queens Park Rangers on a short-term deal in January and soon became No 1 under Mark Warburton before an injury ended his season in March.
The former Celtic player earned 47 Scotland caps and went on to enjoy a 15-year spell in English football.
Marshall has not been in the starting line-up for Scotland since Euro 2020 and will hope that his return to Scotland will revive his international career.

After just four months in the job, the new manager at Hibs has been sacked.
Ron Gordon admitted that he probably rushed the appointment and will replace him with someone who has experience.
He said that stabilizing was a priority.
I believe in continuity, I believe you build a great organisation with stability, and the minute you turn people over, it's not a good thing.
If you don't have it right, you shouldn't change. It would be incumbent on the club to get it right and support a manager until we have success and continuity. That is our goal.
We are looking for a certain style of football, I want us to play an innovative, modern, attacking type of game, which I think is happening all over the world. I want Hibs to be at the forefront.
I think we need a manager with experience. I think we need a manager with experience that knows how to lead and deliver results.
We have more time. The process has begun. There is a list of potential candidates. We are looking at that.
We are going to be a little bit more methodical, putting together a sub-group of the board to be involved in the vetting process.
We are going to be a bit more thorough this time. We are going to reduce the risk.
