Bruce Buck will remain as chairman of the board.

The deal has to be approved by the UK government.

Daniel Finkelstein and Barbara Charone will be non-executive directors on the board, with Buck and Boehly joining them.

It is not yet clear if Marina Granovskaia will join them, but she has been a key transfer and contract negotiator during the reign ofAbramovich.

She would provide continuity after the club was prevented from doing business.

Jonathan Goldstein, who is part of the consortium, will not have a seat on the board.

A close associate of Boehly is the chief executive of a real estate investment firm. Sources say he would prefer to take a less high-profile position because he is a Spurs fan.
