The woman, who identifies herself as a nurse, says she has trouble giving the correct address to the emergency operator. The situation gets more desperate as the call continues, and the caller asks if the operator can help in calling his building's front desk to see if they have an antidote for Kevin. The front office was not open. Samuels died last week at the age of 57, he was known for giving controversial dating advice on social media. According to the police report, the woman who was with Kevin said he was having chest pains before collapsing.
