Riot Games is accusing ByteDance of copying the mobile version of its blockbuster game League of Legend.
Riot Games claims that Moonton lifted content and promotional material from the League of Legend's franchise for its game, which has been downloaded more than 500 million times.
Moonton has used its copyist tactics to create and market its mobile video game, which competes with Wild Rift.
Representatives for Riot Games and Moonton didn't respond to requests for comment.
