The Russian star might be willing to return the favor after the Mexican star moved up in weight to face Bivol.

Bivol said in an interview with Behind The Gloves that he would like to move down from 175 pounds to super middleweight and fight for all four of Saul "Canelo" Alvarez's titles.

In his first defeat since falling to Floyd Mayweather Jr., Saul was defeated at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday. He was fighting seven pounds heavier than his usual weight, so the outcome was free.

The boxer indicated he would like to pursue a second fight.

He said that it doesn't end like this.

The date for a trilogy fight has been set, so it's not certain if a second fight will happen. While competing at 168 pounds again, Golovkin guarantees a big pay day.

The 31-year-old might prefer to avenge his defeat to Bivol, and while Bivol's comments don't represent an ironclad guarantee, he seems open to a super middleweight limit.

Both boxers have something to gain. Bivol could solidify his status as a pound-for-pound star by capturing more gold. It would likely be a lucrative third encounter with the champion if Alvarez got back into the win column.
