The Associated Press reported that as many as 60 people are feared dead after a Russian bomb destroyed a school.

Serhiy Hayday, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, said it was not likely they would find anyone else alive after the explosion.

There was an explosion inside the building. Rescuers are dismantling the debris as quickly as possible. The chances of finding anyone alive are very low. Hayday said there were 90 people inside the school building, 27 of them survived.

Two bodies were found in the debris. An 11 year old and a 14 year old boy were killed by shelling in the nearby town of Pryvillia.

The bomb caused several fires to break out, which took hours to extinguish, according to CNN. Rescue efforts were slowed by the fighting.
