On the second match point, Alcaraz hit a forehand winner into the open court and then hit a ball into the stands and embraced the Serbian player at the net.

I think both of us played an unbelievable match and I don't know what the difference was.

It was the first match between the two players.

I'm pretty sure that's why he wanted to get some hits against this rising star.

The two have begun to be compared.

At the age of 19 years and 2 days, Alcaraz is now 10-6 against Top 10 opponents, while the same age, but with a different complexion, was 1-5 against them.

Rick Macci, who coached Andy Roddick and Serena Williams, said he has not seen any of them in the last 30 years.

I don't think there is a limit to what he can achieve, said Alcaraz. I'm just trying to make results, to put a good game in every tournament, to still be there with the best in the world. I will go for the final as I did in Miami, and I'm really happy to play a second Masters 1000 final.
