During his speech in Greensburg, part of an event to promote Republican Senate candidates, Trump called McConnell an old broken down crow.
The former president said that McConnell is the least popular politician in the country.
During the speech, the former president restrained himself from calling McConnell, a former ally.
He told the crowd that his wife would have told him to stop using the curse word. The first lady would say, "Why did you use that foul language, darling?" I love you so much, but why did you use it?
The former president said that he was an old broken down piece of a crow.
It is not the first time that Trump insulted the Senate minority leader. According to The Washington Post, the former president called McConnell a dumb son of a bitch at a Republican National Committee gathering in Florida.
According to the authors of This Will Not Pass, Trump insulted McConnell's wife, Elaine, using racist and xenophobic language.
McConnell has been torn into by Trump for failing to support his election lies.
After the Capitol riot on January 6, McConnell told an author that Trump had been discredited.
According to an excerpt of the book, McConnell said that Trump put a gun to his head and killed himself. Couldn't have happened at a better time.
