A spokesman for the couple confirmed that Prince Harry and his wife, actress, and their two children, Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana, will be in London for the Queen's Jubilee celebrations.

The family is excited and honored to be a part of the celebrations.

In June, there will be events all over the United Kingdom to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Queen's accession to the throne. The death of her father, King George VI, led to her becoming Queen Elizabeth II.

The Platinum Jubilee holiday weekend will take place from Thursday, June 2 to Sunday, June 4. The UK has made these four days official bank holidays. The family will likely appear at the Trooping the Colour on June 2 and the Epson Derby on June 4 in public.

The decision to attend is notable, as Harry is currently involved in a lawsuit against the British government to secure police protection for his family when they are in the UK.
