Heard is being sued for defamation by Johnny Depp, who claims she ruined his career with false domestic violence allegations. Heard spent most of her two days on the stand denying the claims, which she said were false.
In the most shocking part of her testimony so far, Heard recalled a fight she had with Johnny Depp when she visited him. In Australia, where he was filming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, he was living in a rented home just a few weeks after their wedding.
As soon as she arrived in Australia, Heard said she felt something was off with Depp because he seemed to have lost a ton of weight, and immediately propositioned her to do MDMA with him, even though he was supposed to be sober.
Heard said she refused the drugs and set off a fight in the house over the course of the weekend that ended with her husband losing part of his finger.
Heard said that at the end of the fight, Depp drank from a bottle of clear alcohol at the house bar. She said that he dared her to take the bottle from him.
She said she smashed the bottle on the floor after grabbing it.
When he was on the stand, he claimed that Heard threw a bottle at him and it sliced off his finger, but she said she believes he severed the finger by smashing a plastic phone.
She said that Depp chased Heard throughout the house, throwing wineglasses and bottles into the wall behind her. Heard testified that he held her by the throat, punched her in the face, and accused her of infidelity with other actors she had worked with.

Heard said she found strange messages written on the walls, a bathroom mirror, and a lamp on the floor. The house had a room with painting material, and it appeared that Depp had painted around it with his fingers.
