If the Supreme Court overturns the abortion law, former President Donald Trump and Senate Minority LeaderMitch McConnell are to blame, according to Rep. Lois Frankel.

The leaked draft opinion was written by Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito, who called the Supreme Court ruling that legalized abortion nationwide "egregiously wrong" from the beginning.

When the high court decides the verdict in a pending abortion case, abortion will remain legal in the United States. The draft put reproductive rights activists and doctors on edge.

It could be illegal to obtain an abortion in 23 states. There could be added restrictions in several others.

According to Insider, a Democrat who represents Florida's 21st congressional district, McConnell and Trump made it easier for the Supreme Court to overturn the law.

She told Insider that Donald Trump andMitch McConnell are responsible for what is happening.

So hip hip hooray for them.

The federal court system was turned into a conservative powerhouse by Trump. The Supreme Court had three justices appointed. There were a lot of restrictive abortion bills in the country.

McConnell refused to hold hearings for the appointment of Barack Obama after Antonin Scalia died. Garland was nominated by Obama. McConnell said he wouldn't fill Scalia's seat until after Trump won the election.

The Supreme Court seat became vacant after a year.

The Supreme Court leak was condemned by both Trump and McConnell. Some were blaming Trump for the abortion ruling.

In an interview with Christian Broadcasting Network, Trump said a lot of people are happy about it.

The legislation that governs the lives of women is created by conservative male lawmakers.

Is it a control thing? She said it was almost like she was in a foreign country.

The Women's Health Protection Act of 2021. The bill, which prohibits governmental restrictions on the provision of and access to abortion services, was passed in the House last year, but still needs a vote in the Senate.

The Senate may not move on the bill if it is overturned.

She said that people who support abortion rights should vote Republicans out of office.

She said that elections have consequences. We have to push for it. People have to fight back in state legislatures and make sure they have governors who respect freedom.
