Susan Constantine, a behavioral analyst who specializes in reading body language and detecting deception, says she doesn't believe Johnny Depp was abusive with his ex-wife.

The actress, 36, took the witness stand in a Fairfax, Virginia courtroom for the first time on Wednesday after the actor, 58, finished his testimony on Tuesday. They have accused each other of physical and emotional abuse.

He asked if he was abusive with Amber. I don't think he was abusive with her.

She thinks Heard hasborderline personality disorder or some emotional insecurity issues.

Dr. Shannon Curry testified on behalf of the legal team that Heard has a personality disorder. Curry met with Heard for 12 hours and reviewed her medical, legal and psychiatric records to reach her diagnosis. She described the disorders as two sides of the same coin that feature dramatic, erratic and emotional behavior.

Constantine said that Heard's and Depp's attires represent power-play.

She should talk about her dress code. She is parodying what Johnny is wearing. The Gucci tie and Gucci pin is a power play between the two of them. The behavioral analyst asked who was wearing the pants in the family.

She said that attorneys advise women not to wear black in the courtroom.

Heard blamed substance abuse and addiction for his behavior on the stand.

She was walking on eggshells but didn't know what she had done wrong. She would be grabbed by the hair, backhanded and slapped by Depp. Heard said she told her mother and her therapist about the accusations of infidelity. Between 2015 and 2017: Johnny Depp and Heard were married.

The actress said that in the past she had been slapped multiple times, pinned against a wall, and choked, and that she did a cocaine search on her while looking for him.

She fought back tears as she recalled that he ripped her dress and then proceeded to do a cavity search. He said he was looking for his drugs.

There are a number of ways in which the Johnny Depp trial has been taken.

She said he pushed his fingers inside her. She said she didn't know what to do. He twisted his fingers.

During her afternoon on the witness stand, Depp didn't look at Heard at all. He leaned over to whisper in his ear when he smirked in response to her testimony.

The actor accused Heard of throwing a bottle of vodka at him, smashing his hand and slicing his finger, throwing a bottle of mineral spirits at his face, and being emotionally abusive.

In a 2016 recording, Heard says that it was a fair fight when Head accused Depp of domestic abuse. Tell the world, Johnny, I, Johnny, a man, I am also a victim of domestic violence, and see how many people agree with you.

While analyzing his courtroom behavior, she found his testimony to be authentic, even though she kept in mind that he was an actor.

This is not one of the Johnny Depp performances. This is the real thing. This really happened. This happened. He happens to be a victim of domestic violence, and the behavior analyst called him an internal processor because of the movement of his eyes and other body language while he is on the witness stand.

She said that the vulnerability and embarrassment that Depp displayed while speaking about his struggle with substance abuse was indicative of someone that was a survivor.

She wrote an op-ed in which she claimed that she was a victim of domestic violence and that she was being punished for leaving her husband.

She accused the Pirates of the Caribbean star and his former lawyer of conspiring to destroy her reputation.

Heard is expected to return to the stand at 10 a.m.
