Dolly Parton will be among the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's inductees in 2022.

According to the Rock Hall, Parton, along with other performers, will join the Class of 2022.

In an interview with NPR last week, Parton said she would accept the honor after she found out that it wasn't just for people in rock music.
Parton told NPR that it was her belief that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was for people in rock music. Where can they go if they can't go there to be recognized? I felt like I was taking away from someone that maybe deserved it more than me, since I never considered myself a rock artist. There is more to it than that.
The ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on November 5, and will be available to watch on a later date.
