Dave Chappelle Tackled, Slammed on Stage at Hollywood Bowl by Man with Gun

Dave Chappelle's performance at the Hollywood Bowl came to a screeching halt when someone rushed the stage and attacked the comedian, and it was especially frightening because we have learned the guy pulled out a gun. Dave was attacked by a man in the audience at the end of his show at the festival. The gun the attacker pointed at Chapelle was a replica of a semi-automatic. The attacker got up and started running, as a bunch of people went after him. Dave was ok but the attacker was injured and taken to an ambulance. He is currently in the hospital. The man was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Dave told the audience that he didn't know if that was part of the show. Chris Rock was one of the special guests. Chris hugged his friend and said "Was that Will Smith?" as he walked on stage, but it is not clear who the attacker is or why he did it.
