Marco Rubio introduced a bill Tuesday that would prohibit employers from receiving tax breaks for expenses related to employees.

The "No Tax Breaks for Radical Corporate Activism Act" was introduced on Tuesday and would eliminate the trade or business expense deduction for the reimbursement of employee costs of child gender transition procedure or travel to obtain an abortion.

It's not necessary to leave right to privacy when it comes to local areas.

The tax code should be pro- family and promote a culture of life, according to Marco Rubio.

No deduction shall be allowed under this chapter to an employer for any amount paid or incurred to reimburse an employee for travel for the purpose of obtaining an abortion, or any gender transition procedure for a minor child of the employee.

The bill notes several exceptions, including services, which are performed if the individual suffers from a physical disorder, physical injury, or physical illness which would place the individual in imminent danger of death or impairment of major bodily function unless surgery is performed.

The introduction of the bill comes after a number of large corporations, including Amazon, Apple, Citigroup and others, have announced they will cover travel expenses for non-life threatening medical treatments, including abortions.

If an operation is not available within 100 miles of an employee's home and if virtual care is not possible, Amazon's new benefit will apply retroactively.

The aide pointed to a reported initiative from Disney that would allow the company's benefit team to help employees and their children get gender-affirmation procedures.

This is the time to fight for women and for our country with everything we have.

Marco believes that Disney should not receive any tax benefits for helping their employees circumvent state laws that harm unborn and young children.

The aide told Fox News that businesses can deduct all expenses that are "ordinary and necessary" for carrying on a trade or business, including employee health care plans, some medical expenses, or other benefits offered as part of an employee compensation package.

The aide said that individual taxpayers can deduct abortion and gender transition expenses as medical expenses.

The aide said that the bill would prohibit employers from deducting gender transition expenses and taxpayers from subsidizing them.

The introduction of the bill comes a day after a leaked draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito indicated that the Supreme Court was planning to overturn the Wade decision.

The states would decide if the case was overturned.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote an opinion for the case in which he held that abortion must be overruled.

There is a presumption that a woman's right to choose is consequential.

Thirty states had active bans on abortion at the time the Court decided. Alito wrote in the draft opinion that Americans have sharp conflicting views on the subject.

Some people believe that a human comes into being at conception and that abortion ends an innocent life. Some people feel that any regulation of abortion restricts a woman's right to control her own body and prevents her from achieving full equality. Alito wrote that others in a third group think that abortion should be allowed under some circumstances, but not all of the time.

A copy of a draft opinion in a pending case was published Monday night, the Supreme Court acknowledged in a statement on Tuesday.

The high court said in a statement that the justices circulate draft opinions internally as a routine and essential part of the court's confidential deliberative work.

Trump says that the Supreme Court will not have a traumatic effect on the mid-terms.

The court will not be affected by the leak according to a statement released Tuesday by Chief Justice John Roberts.

Roberts said that the betrayal of the confidences of the Court would not succeed.

We at the Court are blessed to have a workforce that is loyal to the institution and dedicated to the rule of law. Roberts said that court employees have an exemplary and important tradition of respecting the confidentiality of the judicial process.

This was a singular and egregious betrayal of the trust that the Court and the community of public servants who work here have.

The marshal of the court was directed by Roberts to investigate the source of the leak.
