The Warriors are bracing for physical play in the second game of the Western Conference semifinals against Memphis.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after the shootaround that it would be the most physical game they play all year.

We cannot let your guard down knowing what we are going to face.

It sounds like the Warriors could be in trouble if the team's best offense is created by forcing turnovers and gathering rebound. The Warriors out-rebounded Memphis 51-47 in the first game of the series.

Since Game 1 the Grizzlies have been talking about how they can't let that happen again.

Kerr said you cannot let people run by you when the shot goes up. You have to find a body and put it in a box. If there is a ball on the floor, you have to get it.

They pride themselves on winning hustle points. They have done that all year. We like our chances if we can keep the possession game manageable.

Klay Thompson asked Draymond Green if the Warriors needed to match the level of physical play the Grizzles would bring to the table.

The Warriors were forced to play half of the game without Green after he was ejected for a second time in the game.

Thompson said that he embraces being a villain and that the Warriors need that.

The Warriors are hoping that having Green back, along with the play they got on the glass from Otto Porter Jr., Kevon Looney and Gary Payton II, will give them enough edge over the Grizzlies.
