According to a report from the Nebraska Examiner, eight women have accused Charles Herbster of inappropriate touching. Many people said they had been groped at a Republican event.
State Sen. Dave Murman's employee, Elizabeth Todsen, and state Sen. Julie Slama have come forward. Three other people have corroborated the allegations.
In a press release sent to Insider, the CEO and president of Carico farms denied all the allegations.
Charles W.Herbster will be taking legal action against others if his name is not cleared.
Speaking at the rally, Trump said the accusations against Herbert were unfair and that the election could go by before the proper defense could be put forward.
