In a tweet, Trump said in a tweet that he and Kardashian discussed “prison reform and sentencing,” and posted a photo of the celebrity and himself posing at the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office.

Vanity Fair reported Wednesday morning that Kardashian was also expected to push for a pardon for Alice Marie Johnson, a 65-year-old woman who is serving a life sentence in prison for a nonviolent drug offense. So far, Johnson has spent more than 20 years in federal prison.
Kardashian reportedly heard about Johnson’s case in a Mic video, and has since advocated for her release. She has reportedly been in talks with Kushner, who is overseeing prison reform efforts.
