While the Nike SB Air Trainer 1, seen recently on the feet of Eric Koston, is making its long-awaited return, Nike has geared up for the release of other classic silhouettes, this time in the form of a pair of Air Jordan 4s done up in the colors of Air Max 95 s.
In celebration of Air Max Month 2020, Nike has paletted its classic Air Jordan 4 silhouette with bright neon hues atop various shades of grey. This model is a nod to the colors of the OG Air Max 95 Neon, gracing the inner cage, heel, tongue, toe cap and Air unit bubble with hits of volt. At the top of the upper is a light grey panel. A neon Jumpman logo covers the tongue patch. At the heel is fluorescent Nike branding atop black rubber that gets tucked under the lower body panel shaded in a darker grey. Crisp white laces appear in contrast to a gridded forefoot. The mudguard is darkened in a charcoal tone, sitting above a black midsole. As a finishing touch, the sneaker is graced with a bright Air unit bubble that rounds up the bold accents of the sneaker.
Though no official details of the sneakers have surfaced, @sneakerfiles and @zsneakerheadz have worked together on a mock up of the footwear piece – expected to release next year in March for $200 USD at Nike’s website.
