The Reno Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding two missing kids last seen in the area of Traner Middle School.
The two children, AnnaMaria Olivias, 12, and Carmen Araceli Alvarado-Rodriguez, 13, were last seen on Tuesday, April 16, near Traner at about 7:15 a.m.
“They are missing; they’ve left and we’re just concerned about them,” said Reno Officer Travis Warren.
Olivias is described as 5-foot-1-inches with shoulder-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, a black “Traner Middle School” shirt, black pants and burgundy Converse tennis shoes.
Araceli Alvarado-Rodriguez is described as 5-foot-4-inches with brown hair, green eyes and prescription eyeglasses. It is unknown what she was last wearing.
Both children are described as hispanic females.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of AnnaMaria Olivas and Carmen Araceli Alvarado-Rodriguez is encouraged to contact the Reno Police Department at (775) 334-2121.
