We are live streaming the Chicago court hearing where Jussie is about to be sentenced in his elaborate hoax case.

The actor was found guilty of 5 of the 6 felony counts against him for lying to Chicago police about being the victim of a racist and homophobic attack.

After the verdict was returned back in December, Jussie was not taken into custody, but he will be sentenced on Thursday.

At least in his mind, the saga is not over. He wants a do-over in court because his defense team was not allowed to participate in the jury selection process.

He wants the judge to reverse the verdict and find him not guilty.

However, the brothers testified that Jussie paid them to carry out the attack and instructed them where to meet.
