The platform is not loading for some users, according to the status page. We are still working towards a full resolution, and there will be another update soon.

Some people say they are still able to connect and send messages despite the issue being widespread.

We’re investigating the issue where Slack is not loading for some users. We’re looking into the cause and will provide more information as soon as it’s available.

The good news is that the first major outage of the year will be in February. People were unable to connect to work on January 4th last year. Demand for the service is still high despite the fact that more workers are back in offices. We will update this post again when there is more information available or when The Verge team has figured out how to use threading in Discord.
