Sam Hunt's Pregnant Wife Files for Divorce Citing Adultery

The wife of Sam Hunt has filed to end their marriage due to infidelity.

Hannah Lee Fowler claims in her legal docs that Sam is guilty of inappropriatemarital conduct and she goes on to say that she is guilty of adultery.

The husband is guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper, according to the code section Hannah cites.

Sam and Hannah did not announce they were pregnant, but she did say she was due in May.

Tennessee is not a no-fault divorce state. She wants alimony. They want primary custody of their child. She wants child support as well.

It is unclear if they have a prenup, but it is likely that they do.

Hannah wants transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in the future.

They separated at the time she filed with the court, which was last Friday.

The couple was married. Sam's album,Montevallo, is about his relationship with Hannah. They met in Alabama when he was a quarterback.
