One of the main selling points of the Apple Watch is its fitness and activity tracking features. It has become a go-to accessory for hikers, swimmers, joggers, and more.

When you first set up your Apple Watch, it will ask for some basic vital information, and then let you set your goals.

You can change any of the activity goals you set if you find that they don't fit. Here is how.

How to change your Apple Watch's activity goals

You need to use the Activity app on your watch to change your activity goals.

1. The Activity app on the Apple Watch has an icon that looks like a red, green, and blue ring.

2. On the first page, tap Change Goals.

How to change your Apple Watch's activity notifications

When you reach your activity goals, your Apple Watch will send you notifications. Suggestions on how to reach your goals, notes when you hit a record, and more are provided by it.

If you want to turn them off, you can use the Watch app on your phone.

1. You can open the Watch app on your phone.

2. You can tap Activity in the list of apps.

3. You can use the options to choose which notifications you want. You can mute everything at the same time by tapping Notifications Off.
