How to reset the Safari browser on your iPhone in 2 different ways

If you have cookies on your computer, removing your Frequently Visited sites isn't going to address privacy concerns if you have them.

It is easy to reset your browsing history. You can either do it through your phone's settings or through the internet.

How to reset the browser on the phone.

1. The book icon can be found at the bottom of an open page.

2. To open your history, tap the clock icon at the top of the menu.

3. At the bottom of the page, tap Clear. A prompt menu will open to warn that you will clear your history, cookies, and other data over time. You can reset your browser by pressing all time.

In History, tap Clear and then All Time.

The settings app can be used to reset the browser on the phone.

1. You can open the settings app on your phone.

2. If you scroll down, open it.

3. You can see Clear History and Website Data in blue.

4. A prompt menu will appear. Wait a few moments while the phone processes your request. All your data will be cleared once it happens.

To reset your browser, tap Clear History and Data.
