Cyprus reportedly discovers a Covid variant that combines omicron and delta

The staff at CSL are working in the lab in November 2020 in Australia, where they will begin manufacturing the vaccine.

A researcher in Cyprus has discovered a strain of coronaviruses that has a combination of the delta and omicron variant.

The strain was called the "deltacron" by Leondios Kostrikis, professor of biological sciences at the University of Cyprus.

According to the report, 25 cases of the virus have been found by the team. It is too early to tell if there are more cases of the strain or what impact it will have.

If the strain is more pathological or more contagious, we will see in the future if it will prevail against the two dominant strains. He thinks omicron will overtake deltacron.

The researchers sent their findings to a database that tracks viruses.

The surge in Covid-19 cases is caused by the rapid spread of omicron. The US is reporting an average of more than 600,000 new cases a day, according to a CNBC analysis. The previous week was a record-setting week for the Pandemic.
