Sometimes I look at a photo and think, "Huh, that one's actually not bad...I'm going to post it."
I'll see that photo a few weeks or months down the line and say to myself, "This is terrible." Why did I post this?
I move to remove it, but before I hit the button, I think, "what if I miraculously end up liking this again later on?" Someday, I will stop caring that this photo is terrible and wish I had posted it anyways because it has sentimental value.

It could be a picture of a chicken sandwich. Maybe I will remember the time I ate that chicken sandwich. Maybe it was a really good sandwich. It could be that it was an aggressively mediocre chicken sandwich, but even mediocre chicken sandwiches are highlight-worthy moments in my life.
You'll be happy to know that you can remove photos from your timeline without permanently removing them. Here's how it was done.
1. You can find the photo you want to remove on your account.
2. There are three dots in the upper right corner of the photo.

3. "Archive" can be found in the menu that pops up.
You can find your "Archive" in your profile menu.
4. There was a boom. Your photo is no longer on your profile. It's not gone permanently, but it is hidden.
But what if you want to get it back?
1. Go to your profile menu and select "Archive."
This will show you all your posts and stories from the past.

2. To see photos that have been stored on your grid, select "Post Archive" at the top of the screen.

3. Simply select the post and tap the three dots in the upper right corner again to make it visible again.
3. Select "Show on Profile" when you're prompted to either "Delete" or "Show on Profile."
