Rubin, a CPA with many credentials, Rosengart believes Rubin is well-suited to handle Britney’s contracts and other business matters.Rubin is an expert in elder abuse and financial litigation. He has also managed complex trust portfolios, according to his website. All of this assumes Britney and Rosengart can remove Jamie from her estate as conservator.According to TMZ's documents, Rubin would have financial authority to manage Britney’s estate. He also has powers of attorney to make decisions about health care and manage real property. These powers of attorney are fascinating.
