Arch Manning, the nephew of NFL legends Peyton and Eli Manning, is continuing his family's long quarterback lineage.

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Manning is a 4-star prospect, the top-ranked quarterback recruit and the No. 5 overall player in the 2023 class. He's already 6'3" and 195 pounds.

Gabe Brooks of 247Sports offered this scouting report for the Isidore Newman High School star:

"Possesses requisite higher-end frame for the QB position. A natural at the position who plays with impressive ease of motion and playmaking knack. Light on his feet with promising agility. Consistently sets and delivers. Varies arm angles when required and stays accurate regardless of circumstances. Dangerous when breaking the pocket and throwing on the run. Shows ability to throw with and against body and is particularly dangerous in red-zone scramble situations. Aware and feels pressure. Gets rid of the ball quickly with easily repeatable delivery."

Arch, 15, is the son of Cooper Manning. The New Orleans native has already earned rave reviews for his raw talent.

"That dude is going to be better than any one of your sons," Country Day School coach Joe Chango told Archie Manning-the father of Peyton, Eli and Cooper-after a game against Isidore Newman last fall, per Sports Illustrated's Ross Dellenger.

Arch threw three touchdowns in a May 2019 scrimmage that served as his debut on the Isidore varsity squad:

Being a quarterback in the Manning family comes with a level of built-in pressure. Peyton and Eli were both No. 1 overall picks in the NFL draft and will almost certainly go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as soon as they are eligible.

Archie Manning is a College Football Hall of Famer who was the No. 2 overall pick in the 1971 NFL draft. He threw for 23,911 yards and 125 touchdowns in 14 seasons and is a member of the New Orleans Saints' inaugural Ring of Honor class.

Because of his last name, Arch will be under a spotlight like few college players in history. Based on the initial rankings and scouting reports, it sounds like he will have no problem handling the pressure.
