That's congressman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) on Fox News early Sunday giving a green light to the American people that flies in the face of what experts have been urging.

"Let's not hurt the working people in this country that are relying on wages and tips to keep their small business going," Nunes, the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo. "Whatever it takes to do that, that is what I would like to see."

Numerous municipalities, including Chicago on Sunday, moved to limit the size of an assembled crowds, including at taverns and restaurants.
