The second generation of the BaseLynx Modular Charging System can charge multiple Apple devices at the same time. The BaseLynx 2.0 is more compact than its predecessor and uses magnetic connections.
A Magnetic Charge for the Apple Watch, a Vertical Multi-Device Charging Station, and a powered end cap are available.
The setup that works best for Apple users can be built with multiple modules connected together and powered with a single cord. Scosche will sell kits that combine multiple modules as well as individual modules with prices ranging from $50 to $100 for each module.
The most interesting of which is the MagicMountMS Hydro, a 24 ounce water bottle that has a built-in MagSafe mount that can hold the iPhone 12 or later. A carrying handle is included in the cap with mount, which is designed to fit popular water bottle brands.
The white BaseLynx 2.0 will be available from Apple in the spring of 2023, with individual modules available for $50 to $70, and a pro kit priced at $250. The MagSafe 2-in-1 Charging Stand will be included in the Pro Kit.
There will be a black version of the BaseLynx in the summer of 2023. The MagicMount Hydro will be priced at $40.00 in the spring of 2023.
