American Express: 20% transfer bonus to Hawaiian Airlines

There is a 20% transfer bonus from Membership rewards to Hawaiian airlines. The bonus means you can get lie-flat business from the mainland for 33,333 MR each way or 16,667 MR each way, whichever is less.
