According to a new lawsuit, Steven Tyler sexually assaults a 16-year-old girl and carries on an affair with her, which ends with him forcing her to have a baby. He is not named in the suit, but he is one of 50 defendants. Julia Holcomb has talked about their relationship in the past and she quotes from the singer's memoir in the suit. Tyler's memoir referred to his time with the girl as "involuntary infamy," but they had a romantic relationship. According to the documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Holcomb first met Tyler when she was 16 years old. Holcomb was chatting with Tyler in his hotel room about her troubled home life. Holcomb says Tyler did criminal sexual conduct. She claims he continued to have sex with her after he flew her to Seattle as a minor. According to the documents, Tyler tried to get Holcomb's mom to turn over the control of her daughter to him so he could provide for her and travel with her without fear of being sued. Tyler did not follow through with his plans and continued to travel with, assault and provide alcohol and drugs to her. Holcomb says she was 17 when she had a baby with Tyler. Tyler is said to have ordered her to get an abortion after an apartment fire because the unborn baby was not breathing properly. Holcomb went through with the abortion even though she was torn about it. She went back to Portland to get the pieces of her life after leaving Tyler. Holcomb's suit accuses Tyler of sexual assault. California temporarily waiving limitation on child sex abuse allowed her to file the suit. We contacted Steven's rep, but no reply.
