How to share a Google calendar with specific individuals

From Google Calendar, head on over to the My calendar section to the left by scrolling down. Hover over and select the calendar you want to share after clicking the down arrow to expand.

Clicking this link will take you to the calendar on your computer. You can't share your calendar with your friends on your phone. The My calendar section can be found on the left. If it isn't already expanded, click on the down arrow. Click on the three-dot button if you want to share the calendar. The section called settings for my calendars is located on the left side of the page. Click here to share with specific people. Then type their email addresses into the box. You can enter more than one email address. You will see a drop-down menu where you need to define what kind of permission you want that user to have, like whether they can see all the event details. You can click on it to send it. The calendar should now be accessible to your contact.

From Google Calendar, head on over to the My calendars section to the left by scrolling down. Hover over and select the calendar you want to share after clicking the down arrow to expand.

It's possible to make your calendar available to the public if they have a link. It can be useful when you are creating a public event that anyone can attend. The calendar can be accessed by anyone who has it.

The My calendars section can be found on the left side of the interface. Click on the down arrow to expand. You can choose the calendar you want to share. Select settings and sharing from the menu. The section titled settings for my calendars can be found on the left. Check the box labeled Make available to public if you don't see it there. A pop-up will let you know you are okay. If so, click ok. You can copy the link and send it to someone else.
