Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 display

  • Samsung's Galaxy Tab S7 series gets the Android 12L-based One UI 4.1.1 update.
  • The new update brings a bunch of multitasking capabilities previously rolled out to the Galaxy Z Fold 4.
  • The update is limited in regional availability for the time being, but it's expected to hit more markets soon.

The recent release of Android 12L to the S8 series was the latest in a series of rapid changes for the product. Both the S7 and S7+ are treated the same.

The OneUI 4.1.1 is only available in South Korea and France for the time being, though you can get it in other countries as well. The update that arrived for the Tab S8 in the US included a bunch of multitasking capabilities.

It's designed to enhance your experience on large screen devices, including tablets and foldable phones. Many of the best tablets in the world are now receiving the update after it was officially released on the Z Fold 4.

The versions for the Tab S7 and Tab S7+ are T970XXU2CVH3 and T870XU2CVH3 respectively. It should be available in other countries following the latest release.

The new taskbar, which allows you to pin your favorite apps to the bottom of the screen, is one of the highlights of the new operating system. It can only hold up to six apps at a time, but it can launch them in split screen mode.

You should have received the update by now if you live in one of the countries. To find out if it's available for you, open the settings menu and navigate to theSoftware update section.
