The names, addresses, and phone numbers of your friends, family, and colleagues can be stored in your Contacts app.
The process of storing your contacts' information isn't always perfect.
Contacts can be duplicated on your phone if there is an issue with your email account.
There are a few easy fixes that shouldn't take more than a few seconds to fix. There is a way to do it.
The Contacts or Phone app on your phone can be used to wipe out duplicate contacts.
This is the first thing. The Contacts app icon can be found on the home screen of your phone.
You could use the Contacts tab at the bottom of your screen to access this list if you tap your Phone app.
If you want to remove a duplicate entry from your list of contacts, you need to scroll through them.
There are three. The edit button can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
There are four. The deletion contact option can be found at the bottom of the screen. To get rid of the contact, tap this. You will see a pop-up asking you to confirm your intentions to remove this contact. If you want to complete the action, you need to remove contact again.
