If you need to make a video call, you can dial in from your phone or computer.
It may be useful for callers who are on the road without a phone.
You can use the dial in option if you find yourself having connection issues with your audio speakers.
To dial in to a call, you need to enter your country's dial-in number and the meeting ID.
If you're the host, you'll be asked to enter a host key and a number. This information can be found at the bottom of an invitation or at the top of a dial-in number.
There are two over-the-phone codes, one to raise your hand and another to unmute.
The host has additional phone controls. You will not be able to see the actions, but they should reflect on other screens.
How to dial in to a meeting
You can locate your dial in the information. This information can be found in the body of your invite email or on the online sheet of the international dial-in numbers. Some invites only show this link at the bottom, but other invites may list all of the dial in numbers you need at the end of the invitation.
You can use your phone to dial the toll number. You will be greeted with a message. Next, enter your meeting ID. At this moment, do so.
You will get the instructions after you enter your Participant ID. Press # if it's necessary. Follow any instructions if prompted. If you're the host, you'll be asked to enter a host key followed by a pound key before you start. If necessary, do so now.
Your call will tell you that you have joined the meeting. You will be seen as a phone symbol by other people.
