The mother of a child who was snubbed by their mascot is considering a lawsuit. According to Naney D. Muhammad, the mother of the young Black girl who recently got the cold shoulder at a CEC in New Jersey, she is preparing to take legal action against the pizza chain. Nancy says she's noticed a pattern of this at amusement parks and indoor play areas for children, and it's heartbreaking that she and her daughter were on the receiving end of it. She says she's consulting with her lawyer to figure out the next steps so justice can be achieved. She doesn't think kids should be made to feel how her did. We have already seen things like this happen at Sesame Place. There is a class action lawsuit against the theme park. Nancy told us she sees similarities between what happened with Chuck and what happened with Sesame Street. To find out why, watch.
