IG Model Gena Tew Says AIDS Has Caused Her to Lose Mobility and Eyesight

Gena Tew thought she was tested for HIV when she would get STD checks, but a recent breakdown of her body led to her discovering she has AIDS.

Gena told her story and urged young people to get tested. She tells us that the symptoms have been terrible, including lost mobility, control of her bowels, and blind eye.

Gena says the diagnosis has changed her life as well as that of her mom.

She calls her sexual partners to let them know she's HIV positive, even though she doesn't know when she contracted the disease. Everyone she's spoken to has been very supportive, checking in on her and making sure she's doing well. No one else has tested positive yet.

Gena wants to clear up rumors that she has been intimate with Chris Brown and Nick Cannon in the past.
