Bo Jackson was one of the donors who helped pay for the funerals of the 19 children and two teachers who were killed in the school shooting.

Jackson said he didn't know if it was because he was getting old. Parents should not bury their children. It doesn't make sense.

Every family there is likely to work hard just to do what they are paid to do. They didn't need to shell out a lot of money for something that shouldn't have happened.

The governor said the donation was made anonymous. Jackson didn't reveal the name of the other person he made the donation with.

Jackson did not want media. Nobody knew we were there.

Jackson said he used to drive through Uvalde, Texas on a regular basis when he traveled to visit his friend. At an elementary school in the city, an 18-year-old opened fire, killing 21 people and wounding 18 more.

The Uvalde police department failed to act despite the uproar caused by the shooting. The Uvalde School District Police Chief Pete Arredondo and the acting police chief were put on leave.

"You don't want to hear about an active shooter in your child's school," Jackson said. It's happening all over the place. The children are the ones who are at fault. The children are the ones who are at fault. The children are the ones who are at fault. Something is wrong with you if it doesn't bother you.
