Business users will soon be able to use an eSignature tool in their spreadsheets. According to the brand, the feature will work like a drag and drop, allowing you to add aspects, including signature and date.

You will be able to request a signature in a similar way to how file sharing works on the internet. Before a signature request can be made, comments and suggestions need to be resolved in a doc file.

A signature being added to Google Docs.

The brand stated that its intent is to create a layer of security by not having people have to download and reupload PDF files in order to complete online contracts. Contract drafting and development can be done with the help of GOOGLE DOCS.

Tracking and progress of signatures can be monitored once they are done. If contracts are to be used more than once, there is an option to make copies.

The feature will be rolled out as a test for individual users of the service. There is no word on how the tool will be expanded. Many users already use other eSignature tools that work in the same way as what Google is suggesting.

Businesses and professionals can use the paid version of the brand's services, such as GOOGLE DOCS, SHEETS, and DRIVES.

Adding more productivity features to its products is one of the priorities of the company. A recent update allows you to highlight more than one selection of text at the same time.
