The first adults-only all-inclusive resort in the world will open in Riviera Maya in Mexico in the early 20th century.

The new resort will be a joint venture between the two companies, which already have a resort in the Dominican Republic and a resort in Mexico.

The Beachfront Honeymoon Suites, which have a living room and wraparound terrace, will be one of the higher-end categories at the Margaritaville Island Reserve. The oceanfront paradise swim-up studio has a king-size bedroom, living area, and terrace.

The Coral Reefer Signature Suite will feature an outdoor living space, terrace, oversized pool, grill, and an outdoor pool table.

The Oceanfront Paradise Studio will be one of the room categories at the new resort.

Guests will have access to nine food and beverage-venues, including outposts of signature Margaritaville concepts like JWB Steakhouse, Five O'Clock Somewhere Bar and LandShark Brewery & Grill.

There will be almost 5,000 square feet of meeting space. The fitness center has three swimming pools.

Those who book by July 31 will be able to take advantage of discounted room rates starting at $225 per person per night for travel between January 3, 2023 and December 23, 2023.

The brand concept of the Margaritaville Island Reserve was introduced in 2019.
