Pedro Jimeno claims that Chantel took a lot of money from their account just to spite him. Pedro first filed for divorce in May of this year according to the court documents. The case is still going on. On the same day, he filed an emergency motion, claiming Chantel withdrew $257K from their business account just 5 days before they were separated. Pedro asked the judge to make her transfer the money to a joint account because he couldn't resolve the issue without it. The judge said the court would set a hearing for a later date to resolve the issue. Pedro is trying to get an equitable division of his property during the divorce. Jarett R.
