A video of a McDonald's employee kicking a man out of a drive-through has gone viral but probably not for the reason the customer expected.
TikToker shared clips of a customer at a Mcdonald's being berated by a worker for repeatedly asking for a different drink.
The first version of the video was 37 seconds long and the second was six seconds long and had over 6 million views.
The root of the problem was shown in the longer version and it was the customer who claimed there wasn't enough flavour in his drink.
It is all on the bottom. Go to another store now. The employee told her colleague to shut the window.
The customer wants to know why he won't be served anymore.
It's wrong every time. We can't satisfy you the first time and we are done trying. The employee said to get out of the drive-through. You called my employee rude names.
Most viewers of the video took the employee's side, despite the fact that it was shot in the US.
I like her, she's no longer having it. One viewer said that customers should stop being exhausted.
One person asked, "Why do I think she is right here?"
One viewer said they were on her side.
Some people from the service industry went on to criticize the customer.
It isn't a fancy coffee shop. One person said that people were expecting the least.
The customers act like they're paying for insurance. One commented that they should drive on.
Mcdonald's should take the matter further, said another TikTok user. Promote her and give her a raise. He argued that customers don't have the right to abuse workers.
One viewer claimed to know the woman in the video. She's incredible." I worked at Mcdonald's with her for 8 years. The person said that she was the general manager of that location.
