Here are the biggest changes coming to your iPhone in Apple’s new update

This week, Apple released the biggest software update of the year.

The biggest change to the look of the lock screen in the last three years is included in the new software.

Everyone will be able to get it with an Apple product in the future. The Apple device is the oldest supported one. If you still have that phone, it's time to upgrade.

People with an Apple developer account are able to use the new operating system. The public will be able to try it out next month, and it will be available for everyone in the fall.

There are some changes you should be aware of.

Lock screens can be tailored. Users will be able to add smallerwidgets with real-time data such as the weather forecast on the lock screen, and even change the clock's style for the first time. Some apps will be able to show information such as sports scores or the location of your ride. There are new lock screen wallpaper with images like an interactive planet Earth. The notifications are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Send and change messages. Changes to the Messages app will be included in the new version of the app. After you send a message to another Apple user, you have 15 minutes to either change it or not. The other user won't get a notification, but will see that the message has been edited or recalled Texts will be marked as unread by users.

Group texting is better with people on the phone. The small thumbs-up, thumbs-down or heart symbol can be added to a text by texting with an Iphone. Artificial intelligence is being used to automatically share photos with up to six people based on who is in the picture. For example, if you set it, your partner will get the picture whenever you take a picture of your kid. Artificial intelligence is being added by Apple to translate text in photos and videos. It's possible to cut out a dog, a person or other subject from a photo and place it into images or other apps as a sticker, thanks to the cool artificial intelligence feature.

The Continuity Camera feature in the new version of macOS allows users to use their phone as a camera with a laptop mount.
